Let it be known:
Any and All: Powers of Attorney, “Principal agent relationships” [POA], for and on behalf of Denis-Peter: the sole Beneficiary of the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON Trust and Estate; are now forever in the now time, Cancelled, Terminated, Revoked and Repudiated, both, nationally and internationally;
Therefore: we Lawfully Claim that all fraudulently created joinders, including the State-issued Surname are also null and void, having no Lawful or legal stand, regarding the living man both, Body and Soul, standing as sui juris, Beneficiary and Principal of the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON, Trust & Estate;
This action has been carried out, under English and International Common Law, due to the belief that those claiming and assuming the Power of Attorney, “Principal agent relationships” [POA], in both their acting roles and private capacity, over I, the living man, are engaged in the misappropriation of principal’s assets, by misusing their assumed power, and acting in ways that are not in the principal’s best interest, making decisions that benefit the attorney, rather than the principal, keeping the principal/beneficiary, in a state of slavery, with no voice, using coercion, deception, and falsehood, resulting in, extortion, and fraud.
For the record: this action: to Cancel, Terminate, Revoke and Repudiated; all claimed, assumed, and irrevocable, Powers of Attorney, under the presumption of law/legalese, being “principal agent relationships” is now forever, null and void ‘ad infinitum’, including any and all joinders, and Surname, ‘nunc pro tunc, ab initio’; due to human trafficking, debt slavery, and fraud, which takes full effect from the 8th October 2024;
Take special note: I, the man, shall always reserve the unalienable right, not to be compelled to perform under any contract, or commercial agreement, that I did not enter into knowingly, willingly, voluntarily and intentionally, and do not accept the liability of any compelled benefit of any un-revealed contract or claimed commercial agreement. Furthermore, as there is no entity or actor, standing with Power of Attorney, for and on behalf of I, Denis-Peter:, the Registrar General, CEO, of Birth Deaths and Marriages, and the Attorney General, CEO, QUEENSLAND/Queensland, are here now instructed to take up their positions as the Trustee and Administrator under their fiduciary duty, which is to serve and protect the Estates and the occupants of the Executor Office, which includes I, the man Denis-Peter: the Beneficiary , who has been harmed, and your first task, is to supply an acceptable living allowance and Bank account, for the living allowance, including, redeemed receipts paid, by the Beneficiary, that are paid under duress, due to extortion, for false claims, and fraud.
